These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Frenzy mobile applications and related websites (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Frenzy, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Frenzy. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly at hi@getfrenzy.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or harm other users
Post illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative content
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
Use Frenzy for spam, scams, or commercial solicitation without permission

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Frenzy helps you discover people nearby. Location and profile visibility settings affect who can find you. Always exercise caution when meeting someone in person and prefer public places for first meetings.

5. Intellectual property

Frenzy, including its name, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that you will meet specific people or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frenzy and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using Frenzy at any time and may delete your account in the app settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or in the app.
